Let’s see…. Well, in about 7 days I start a new school and start my A levels soon. After a rocky start (they dropped my Philosphy& Ethics so I’m doing Psychology instead) I think I’m just about prepared. I was looking over a head start guide I took out of the library and I went “EHH?!” on the first page so I’m really ready. The social side of things is going to be worse. I come from the ‘posh’ school in town and my mom’s constantly fearing for my social standing even though I could care less. Nerds may not have many friends but they get good results and that’s fine for me. ^^;
I’M 16! Means I can get married, do the dirty, move out, work on a till, get a full time job and leave education behind. So basically I can now go off and start my own life if I so wanted.
Except a free bed, free food, free washing and company sounds like a great idea. Better when it comes with an allowance. =D
I would like to point out I am now blogging from my new shiny Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop with 4GB RAM, 250GB hard drive, built in camera, 2.oGhz CPU and it all comes in a shiny red, silver and black case. =D

It’s been a weird week. I feel like a hermit cause I haven’t left the house in days, till Tuesaday when I spent all day out and then the same yesterday. I suddenly have a social life again. Odd.
It’s been a ton of birthdays recently. Today is my friend Becca who is 17 and yet when I gave her her birthday present of a tutu I’d made, she bounced. =D On Saturday is my best friend Tish’s and she’s 16 as well as my friend Cara who is also 16. Tuesday is my birthday, and then on Saturday … I go on holiday. =) Nah, Sarah’s birthday was a while back but she’s still enjoying her 6 week holiday in Italy and I give her the present when she get’s back. Fun!
I have started preparing for school. Sad, I know, but I’m moving school to this really good comprehensive near me cause (rant warning) while my school is good for grades and all, it’s too focused on statitstics so when I suffer from depression because of my workload or have a rough time and start self harming, all the teachers did was sit there and say ‘I’ve become immune to your tears.’ Surely, when I’m sitting in your office crying my eyes out with my father there and my nails are digging into my finger almost hard enough to draw blood, that’s a sign I’m struggling? Even the woman who’s supposed to help me had a go at me for spending longer than five minutes in the lunch hall. If we can eat lunch in five minutes, why do we need an hour? Grah. I hate my old school. My friend were brilliant and I’m sure if they weren’t there and my boyfriend wasn’t there I probably would have tried to kill myself or something. So yah. Moving school or suicide. Not a tough choice.
I have to go to school to drop off a revision guide and I’m really rather dreading it. Not only do I have to walk there and back cause dad’s too lazy to give me a lift, but I have to even breathe the same air that is in that prison. I’m being sure to wear very bright, free clothes as well as going to text someone while there. I’ve left now, so what you gonna do?
I will add to this later because I have to run to school apparently (-sigh-) but O.M.G. Emo Anakin = rather cute. Okay, very cute. Hehe.
My current life status: two best friends with swine flu, going to the IMAX to see Harry Potter later, I’m PMSing and cramping so it hurts like a bitch, I’m not moving house with my mom, my dad’s just moving out, but my friend’s dad (one who has swine flu) has been ‘moving out’ for months. But this is all trumped by my riding lesson later and the shitload of sweets in my Selfridges bag by the door. Oh how I’m craving chocolate. Read the rest of this entry »
I do not honestly expect to spend my whole life tidying up or washing dishes.
Nor do I expect to have a convenient marriage and conform to all of societies expectations.
I do expect to be at rock concerts when I’m in my fifties. Simple as. I expect to be ‘weird’ and follow my gut instinct and not what others say. If you piss me off, I will tell you you’re pissing me off, and if you carry on then I will tell you where to shove it. Read the rest of this entry »
